i have totally stucked in 14...

i found a word "sp**" which is the filename and find another meaningless word "a*s" from numbers googled it but it didn't help.
and i did not understand the pictures' meanings, i can't find what they stand for...

please leave a little hint there, i want to pass this level!

I didn't work out the logic of the pictures.

However I did solve it by

changing numbers to letters and then mixing them up to find the name of a well known supermarket chain

i found the words from the picture but they are meaningless.
i found the alphabet too.. translated them to the normal english alphabet version..

i don't know what to do with them..
