I could use a huge nudge on 14.

Searched for covered markets. I found many but not the one on the photo.
Neither much luck with combining the 2 pics: W**m*** was the best I could do.
Numbers: depending on how you look at it, I have 3 or 4 numbers. Outcome is 1 number. Anagramming and google didn't lead me to the solution.

I'm stuck on the last part of level 16.

I've translated the "words" and the sentence.
Since the "words" on the pics aren't words, I thought, because of the title, I had to erase those letters from the sentence and then anagram. But nothing sensible came from that.

Any hint?

That was the first I did, but that didn't gave me anything either.
But I rechecked everything and found out that the issue was

the answer is not a word but a name.
