I think I have all available era and I've used them but I can't get a word from it.

I am stuck on that one too. I was thinking that

we need previous solutions

but if that's correct I have a problem because I am still on vacation and I don't have my notes here. From the bit I have I did get a proper word, but that wasn't the solution.

The two letters? I don't have the all info for this level yet but I thought that those 2 letters were standing for

a certain type of font

Don't know if this is correct, though.
