I actually originally left out some things from the journal to make where you had to do a little searching. But then I added it to keep from making it too hard.

8 could be easy. You have to do a little deductive reasoning.

Hmm, there is actually two ways to solve this clue. One is with the hint. (see the hints page) and the other is

counting letters

it' is hard to give too much without outright telling the answer. It is funny, because the ones that are hard (like the first one) people figure out and the easy ones are too easy and people look right over the answer. lol

I think you are probably thinking it is harder than it actually is.

Try putting letters in the boxes starting at the top left. Try left to right or top to bottom (in the order they are in the clue) Then see if you can spell anything

Well, hmm, i'll have to make this whole thing a spoiler.

Actual words in stone. The location of the stone is part of the clue.(first 3 lines of the riddle) The numbers are line and letter.
