translated and got some broken english which seemed to ask a question, tried us, uk, canada,japan and russian #1s but no good.reading the hints it seems i might be too literal but i don't understand what else i could be looking for......can someone give me a shove?

Btw yes I know what 10-36 means Samuel, but those numbers are bigger than 36 Besides if it means what I think it does, it should be 10-35 otherwise there are 27 of them

no 0-9 is ten numbers a-z is 26 making 36
