i don't understand level 15. If bush birth relates to president bush, then there were 2 presidents so which one? And what do u do once u find all the numbers?

grr....I think I tried converting the numbers I had to letters, but it didn't make a word so think I really need to find the bush one before I can do anything.

I have got numbers for all of the bulletpoints apart from one where I got a letter. have no idea if they are right though....and even if they were - I've no idea what to do with them!
