Right Track, Wrong Train

I'm both disheartened and encouraged by everyone else's failure to find the actual question on level 23: encouraged because at least I know I'm not a moron, but disheartened because seriously...something is terribly wrong.

I have done as b2pop suggested and named all the specifics within the riddle, and skimmed through the external document to which it connects as well. This is ridiculous. What is there to find? I've tried quite a few possibilities but all amounted to nothing.

Ok folks, how are we doing with #25?

I can make out "virgin" and "pinball," I think, but none of the other words. I've tried just about every effect Audacity has.

well, all in all, it's fairly easy, once you know what you're looking for. The question I had in mind was

who's the senator ?

, the problem I had was that the answer was NOT the obvious one. I should have been more careful: "on record".

As in: "has been recorded".

On 25 I had a great theory going, and thought I had all but 2 of the words figured out..

I was wrong.. So I'm back at square one.. Hook up with Poolguru, they are heading in a direction..

I'm headed to bed for the night, as I told Poolguru, I have better speakers at the office, so I'll listen there in the morning..
