This is what I am hearing by slowing the speed by 75% and removing some noise.

Mmh. I tend to agree, the last file leaves me a strange after-taste. Perhaps because I'm too focused on my interpretation of the message, and that I can't start fresh...

I found a few references to 'sateme' being a Danish word.

"DNSAP was reputed to stand for, "De naar sateme ailrig
Petrograd" ("They'll never [sateme is a profane expletive adverb]
                  reach Petrograd")
                  "

But I can't find a translation of this "profane expletive." Although I'm thinking of a few expletives myself over this one.

I don't think that's gonna help, here. The answer should be in the .wav file. Problem is, depending on how you slow/pitch down the file, you get as many answers as people trying to find one.
                        I'm pretty positive I hear
                        or
right in the middle, and I'm working from that.

                        • I just got an email from the webmaster for Antiriddle.com and he told me:

"Riddle 25 is solvable. The riddle requires only minor editing and should be perceptable. Just figure out what's being said. 25 is supposed to be much harder than all previous riddles."

                          • little...

wouldn't "little india" make more sense if the title says "sate"?

                            just my two cents...

The wav file has been changed again.

25 updated again. Last update. No more hints either.
Here's my take on the newest file:
