Chapter 2

The "Beginning of the End" has been updated and now has a dead link to Chapter 2 and a bunch of numbers....No more message saying anything....we are back to playing....Anyone make it to Chapter 2 yet????

"Beginning of the End" hints to follow:

Previous revisions of this page referred to "Ozzy Osbourne's 'Suicide Solution': lyrics.....Now it saying "Chapter 2"

Could the numbers refer to the notes that would be played for the line "Wine is fine, but whiskey's quicker"

Does chapter 2 refer the the next line of the song (or its notes) or to a similar song he wrote after this one

The numbers seem to refer to letters of the alphabet. "aatmahatyaa" means "suicide".

In my opinion, we need only replace the 'x' with the appropriate number to find the answer.

With that, I am going off. Hope this won't be solved tomorrow =P

this is an intriguing one, i have even tried adding up the numbers, but they don't seem to make sense either.

I figured that if that big funny word means 'suicide' then maybe you convert the word meaning 'life' into numbers and then add the numbers up that you would get the answer, but, according to the website i found, there's like 6 or 7 different words that mean 'life'

I typed in "How long do you have?" into Yahoo, and the first page that came up was a site called Death Clock. Any ideas how we might put the numbers into that page?

I'm looking at "<<deleted>>" as being related to "life expectancy", which is related to the comment in the html for the <<deleted>> page

If it's really not ready yet then really stop changing the page! I (we) keep checking it every day to see if the new levels are ready yet, and sure enough the page is different. And seeing how tricky some of the previous puzzles have been, we're gonna start pounding on the door each time the welcome mat changes.

By the way, the Ozzy stuff was just me trying to be clever. It was the only reference to that word I could come up with. Don't read too much into that.

But the fact that there are things deleted from message 582 makes me wonder if new levels are there now. Who moderates this board and deletes things like that?

Were the NOY READT typos intentional?
