I'm very stuck in riddle 8. I've got the file, figured what the difference was, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

I'm not sure, does it say DIAL, or JAB, or what not?

For level 3, you need to figure out what to do with the coordinates given; and don't disregard the flavor text.

you have to pay closer attention to what the points of the star indicate

as for myself, #22 isn't making much sense.....
