Can some please give me a bigger hint for 8 than the creator gave.

It's obvious the arrow is important but rotating, or giving importance to horizontal and/or vertical lines, didn't help me

I really would like to continue when I am done with studying today.

Many ideas but none correct or leading me to a solution

the riddle says no googling, but if you google the word in italics you will see that it's an animal as well as the rest of them.
I have tried everything for their legs and so on as a pattern but in vain

Also the italic reminded me of the previous, although didn't do much help for me either

Onto 9 now too.

I tried

counting all italic lines, all vertical lines,
because I am pretty sure that the italic letter is some sort of clue.

I also counted all Os, and also all the opening (POD=1 , B=2, etc) in the letters.

also thought about roman numerals, but that doesn't work for the last 2.

and I too had the idea to take the legs of each.

Sorry, I've been offline for a while.

Yes, level 9 is working.

The letter I that is in italics is a clue. It is the key to understand where to find the corrrect order for the four number sequence. When you find the order, the opposite leads you to the numbers.

Hope that helps a little but not too much :-)

Hmm based on that, I got two alike ideas

both based on the keyboard

3rd letter of 3rd is made italic. So..
1st letter 1st word = W
2nd letter 2nd word = O
3rd letter 3rd word = I
4th letter 4th word = P
All letters are on the 1st row of letters on the keyword. Taking their position there: WOIP >> 2980

Or same idea but taking the 3rd letter of each word: ROIO >> 4989

But those are wrong and don't follow the last part of the hint. And even applying this last part to my results wouldn't make much sense, because nothing in the levels indicates to do that and the my results neither do.
Actually my whole idea matches not the clue now I look at it again.


edit: another something I noticed but doesn't lead to an solution

I = 9 = 3 squared >> I of tripod = 3rd position
P = 16 = 4 squared >> P of leopard = 4rd position

But this doesn't go up for
A = 1 = 1 squared
D = 4 = 2 squared

Beside.. the first word doesn't contain any of the letters IPAD

Tripod has 3 legs and 6 letters so 6-3 is 3 and so on but it didn't work
