Also Building Blocks can be referred to format in word. Tried to apply that to Puzzle. Bold centered Italic and capitals. and out of luck

No fish yet. Weather is nice though. Should get out more often. HINT: yes syllables are one kind of building blocks. But if you go even smaller you build syllables (and words) out of *******. And those come in two different types that has significance in this case.
