Okay, I think I need a break...13 looks funny but I have serious doubts that it is...

On 13 I do understand the triangle things, but not sure how the 4 squares could give me the answer. Number letter conversion isn't the way.
It all remind me of Crispo Letum but that is not really helping.

edit: actually it does help if you solved Crispo Letum in Shi Riddle.

I haven't done that one so does this mean that I will have a big problem with solving this one??
I also don't have the ability to look at the squares and to see something else...

It starts with realizing..

That all 5 figures in the picture are representing the same and your goal is to find out the values for the 4 shapes (square, pentagon, hexagon, octagon). The first figure (top left) is the 3D representation, the others are in 2D.

And no, you don't need to have played the other riddle.

edit: I had a few other (less strong) ideas for 16, but not getting any good word.

As some of you probably noticed, there's a net involved here. But its size, and thus location of its 'holes', may be different than the 1st thought would say

Spent now 60 minutes rearranging things using Paint without having a clue if any of those results is leading to something.
I'm keep reading the hint in the hope a brilliant light bulb appears, but I actually don't believe it myself. I'll keep hoping, though.

edit: the most logically and most simple thing I can come up with, after reading the hint, is

that the arrows tells us how to move. But even so, how do we know what to pick. Tried the squares (because there are 5 of them) but it didn't work out.

edit: I am going to give this a break and going to read a book instead. I will continue tomorrow eve, hopefully with a fresh look.

If you like some help on 13 tell what you have figured out so far and what your ideas are.

Another hint for 16

Convert the polygons.
The arrows point to positions in the net. Each position give you one letter.
