Stuck on Level 7. I thought I knew which code it was and the 3 items I found sort of confirmed it, but I get rubbish when putting it through the decoder. Am I missing something?Comment

No, you have everything....maybe you are enconding and not decoding?
Btw, there are many tools online, but I'm sure that the one on PH works!

I think I decoded, however, I couldn't get the decoder on PH to load up so I tried a different one. Maybe it's something to do with Firefox, I'll try Chrome. At least I know I'm looking at the right thing, thank you.
