Alright, to emphasize, I'm on level 3, decoded the text, found the egg page with the guy with the sign, and noticed the odd thing about the picture of that guy. youre correct theme...the guy with the sign is not 3b..it will say 3b on the page...i assume you decoded the first part of 3 to get what you need to get to 3Comment

The...first...part? I only found one cipher on that page. Which I decoded. And which I can't relate to anything else, except the odd thing on the picture, or the cipher itself.

what you are putting in the url to see that guy is a little ahead of where you need to be theme...thats important, but not until you get to 3b...the first part you decoded will get you thereComment

Yeah I thought of that too, but I only get gibberish when deciphering it with that particular key or a shorter version of it
