hmm...I'm a little stuck on 3b - I know what I need to use, but the cipher I thought I needed doesn't work am I missing something?

if you are on 3b dazed, think about how you got there...theres a cipher that uses one of those

yeah I got that, that's what I am saying...I am sure I am using the right cipher and I used everything from the first part, but all i get is nonsence. So obviously I'm using the wrong one, but I can't think of what else to use.
