I decoded the first 3 row of numbers, now I have some problem in decoding the last 3 ones...

stuck on 3, read all the posts about it, but doesn't help.
Got to 3A and tried all different combinations of code and key, but I just don't get it! Help?

on 8c, I translated, googled a lot, found something but nothing works...wonder if I must consider the sentence at the bottom of the level page as a clue...

yep..thats a clue..you should be starting to see a pattern of what we are looking for on this

yeah the bottom are clues - mind you not easy clues. You kinda have to solve the clue as well to understand them - but they are helpful

Having to give in and ask for help on level 4 now. Slightly embarrased because I see nobody else has which suggests it will be a typical kick myself when I know the answer type level. I've done some converting and got lots of lovely numbers, most of which have a few numbers in common, but I don't know where to go from there.
