Don't feel badly; many people had trouble understanding what the images represent, including me. I took a wild guess.

It's a company. You probably use its products. You're probably using one of them right now.

First you need to know what you're looking for. The image at the bottom is the best clue for that. You have too many places to look, so narrow the field.

That hint about drawing a vertical line? Think GMT-7, and forget about DST. Find the right where. It will lead you to the right what, and eventually the right who. Google is your friend.

If by level 1 you mean the first page

He tells you in one of the paragraphs, think literally
