I don't know which cipher to use on level 13..?? I saw the hint in the source and still searching for the right one!! I also can't see what is different on that page..??

Use the part that the clue hints to, and google in quote tags. Then you should be able to find a decoder

But I don't understand what the clue hints to..?? That's the problem!!
It's probably in the text but still confused... The 2nd line with 4 words would be my guess... But no results yet!!
