Hint: you can't just copy and paste the file from the site. You need another kind of file format mentioned.

I'm stuck on the second part of 3, I've deciphered the numbers but not sure what to do with the 4 letters at the end. Any hints?

remind me again - isn?t level three the one with the painting? I can?t remember deciphering any numbers!

re: level 4: I can only save the file as .bmp or .jpg, not as psd because i dont have photoshop. Both formats don?t do much. I tried converting it into text but that doesn?t work either. Help!

Chip - I passed the painting, now I have some numbers, which I have decoded, followed by 4 letters.

Ahhhhh! Exciting stuff - I think I have the answer for 4b, i can´t work out the exact format yet. Just try googling all the words that you´re given, incl. the one you derive from the clue. Yes, I know this is all v vague...try it.

ok, well I don't have photoshop, I got some microsoft knock-off. it lets me open the intended file, but there still doesn't seem to be anything there
