i found the nums... and the key...i understand how to use the key (I apply the 6 steps of the key) but i stuck at the last one... some help??

the 73 was very good riddle and i like it very very much (i don't believe thats so hard, but I'm program developer so i can't say my opinion on this riddle )

I have read the previous hints but am so clueless right now.

I have tried to complete the games, but with some of them where they are an even number of x and o, I didn't know which counter started. I presumed x.Not sure how the purple squares relate though. Do I need to complete it fully so that they have an x or o in. I also know that it's the pp cipher but I'm not sure which 'holes' I use. Too many thoughts!!!!!
