I thought it was mabee a key cipher but even if I know the key what am i deciphering?

Level 71

Judging by previous posts, a lot of people needed help on this level, now its my turn. Theres a couple of helpful pointers from Amandaf a few pages back.

I've tried playing around with the P***** cipher, using different combinations of letters. I thought maybe split the alphabet into 3 sections of 9,9 and 8 letters and allocate O's, X's and shaded squares to a particular section.

Theres a lot of possible things that can be done here. What about the games that are stalemate? What relevance do they have? Who was next to move O or X?

Any help on this one is welcome.

I am ready to pull my hair out over this level. I have tried decoding this so many ways it is starting to look like NONSENSE. Nudge please!!!
