Ok, have converted and applied the numbes to the picture, but I haven't got a shape which makes any sense at all. Is someone there to help please?

i had a good night sleep and now i'm up for some more riddles! on level 38, i

googled the phrase on the pic and i found four poems, the one with the quote had to do something about her mother. i tried entering the title, author, muddy, interesting adjs, any hints?
