Someone told me to put them together with the colors, and then i found the a=1 clue so i tried that and did all the letters and nothing turned up logical <_<

EDIT: scratch that, I think I have tham all solved correctly. Now how to apply them. Anyone have any ideas? I tried one cipher but all I am getting is jibberish.
