i think its just you and me now and i havent a clue, lat and long placed me in siberia?

there was something I came across called an astronomers code, but couldnt find anything usefull from it.. also tried the distance the planets are fron the sun.. no luck... tried the ascii code for space bar.. no luck.. looked up unicode (thinking universe code) no luck..

I'll sleep on it and let you know, unless you figure it out first.. .. night..

I think I must be having a senior moment because for the life of me I can not work out the green day level. I have looked at the clues people have posted and I am still no better off.
