Just wondering if any one could give me a clue as to the gold rush, chocolate & Book Level...

I have found two famous Chocolatiers associated witht the gold rush one with the initials D.G. originally from italy and the other a frenchman with the initials E.G... I have put both their names in in all different ways to no avail... possibly on the wrong track so any clue to out me in the right dirsction would be great....
