I've been stuck on the page with the numbers for ages...
I was hoping for a little clue..??

The only thing I could think of is ASCII because there is a mention of programming but it doesn't lead me anywhere...!!!

I really don't get lvl 17...... I've read the entire forum and still don't have a clue.... I already know it has to do something with a programming language and I've searched wikipedia and google. Still no luck.
