        not a cipher... cryptogram. Letters stand for other letters, but not necessarily in order like the caesar cipher. the clue was that
        She's
        a runner,
        rebel,
        and
        a         stunner

                    Yeah, needin' a little boost with the crypto-level too. I have the band name and even know who they are talking about, but no derivations of his name or nickname seem to work.
