I'm working on level 60 for three weeks.Scorpion_9 helped me but i can't past this level.I found username.I found 34 morse marks and decode they.I found word,but isn't correct.Please help me

I changed the contrast and brightness of the picture and found "11.02" but I can't figure out how that helps me

dont give lvl links pls. you can give just name.

you must look picture(you can found on the road) carefully. you must see dots if you changed something of pic. and you should write this letters in disc(startfrom1).

you can decode source text with it. but if you came to a number you should turn this letter to letter "A". in the end you can see decoded word.

ok, I found the binary code(I think it's binary) in picture.I tried to convert it but it makes nonsense.It's a bunch of symbols.I tried to write the binary backwards because picture name was eci(backwards ice) but there is not such a code like that.
I read clues on forum.
Rox and recipe of cocktail are important, but I don't know why.Ratio of the ingredients gives the letters of something i think.(e.g. 4/5 vodka means 4 letters of the word "vodka") But I have no idea about rox.

Please help. I stuck.
