George, I don't know what you have thought but this is really simple. I'm sorry I didn't think it would be a big trouble.

The golden ratio is a number, like 1.xxxxxxx . You can find it via google.

Then look at the source. Each digit of the golden ratio corresponds to a letter of the sentence in the source. Start from left.

Well, convert the 9 letters to what you can see in the properties.
Then do 4+5.
Now look at the url, take the ice from there, reverse it and do it between the result you have got and the one in the properties.
