But HOW do I decode with Alberti Cipher?

What you guys have to understand is that "Stoppers" like us forget what the levels involve.

So saying, for example, "I need help on 35" isn't going to help. Say "I need some help on 35, which is the level with 'x' where you have to 'y'.

Need help on 40 the desert island
i have the dream.txt(tried word wrap and watched left side not sure what im looking for), writing.txt and ive put together all the pictures to make the sentence but not sure how to go about getting the 3 words from each

i made a map but not sure what to do with that either please help

For dream.txt

listen to the statue and do what she tells you...in order to find what you are looking for in the text

For the puzzle message

you got the message? then go back where you see the thing described in the puzzle message, and apply the message on the thing you see there

For writing.text

apply the text in writing.txt on the map you made

write the 2 phrases down in Word one over the other. take a look at the letters carefully. you will see couple words match up and down.

If you are in THE market, you are on the right level 54.
For the value, I can only tell you to keep trying till you get the right ones.
Google should help you with this. And if I remember correctly, you need to anagram
