I found out, what to do and read several hints.

I also know that I need to decode the hex to letters

But I only get strange things like vِِض or ىِِض

Need help on 32...the T***Z*** thingys confuse me...I have 4 letters that don't make any sense...then i thought maybe it was the difference...so I have 3 letters that are different and still not making any sense...or the answer!!
