I need some help with 60

I've figured out the binary part, at least I think I did and decoded into <<deleted: do not give parts of answers away!!>> but I'm not sure if this is right because the last letter was wrong and my guess. But I'm stuck decoding the morse code. I've tried to start with letters that are the only choices for certain places, but ended up with none. help appreciated

The first word is correct. About the second one, try to start from the end, then look for the letters that you are sure about and in the end try to decode the rest

Can't place the bar or the cocktail positively just yet, but that usually has nothing to do with the solution.

ingredients are common to Soviet Cocktail, Warsaw Cocktail, and Absolute Love... using star fruit is less common there is a rox.com, a Rox Cocktail Bar in Rome, and a Rox Infusion Lounge in Denver... all unlikely tangents however
