I'm stuck at 27, too. With regards to a previous spoiler about 27, what about this?

What if it's a comparison? And using the translations compare: nose is to face as face is to head. Although I can't find any translation of face that starts with p; I'm probably completely wrong!!

Hmm - good theory. Using the pipes there are 16 characters, so comes to this:
