          Also, we have to find some box. I've been googling box, box puzzles, nose and box :-D, etc., but to no avail!!

                  all those seem like good theorys on 27. who knows. i was thinking the letters would read something when put in a particular format such as a # column, # row type caesar box. but thats probably wrong.

                      Hmm - good theory. Using the pipes there are 16 characters, so comes to this:

                            I can't believe that no-one has got it anywhere.
                            Also, numerous people have emailed/pm'd the creator but there's been no answer.
                            Perhaps he/she is secretly laughing at our feeble attempts.
