Just got back from being away. Has anyone beaten 46? I did get these clues from the author on another forum:

1. The secret to this puzzle is simply to figure out the encoding technique.
2. The key to this puzzle is also simply the encoding technique.

Of course, we've been trying to find that all day!

Someone on unfiction said they got it, but now won't talk. I have some doubts, but I hope I'm wrong--I hope that they did get it. And will help!!!
