You have to covert the letters into numbers then work out the sum then convert it back. eg. a=1 but people say BUT WHEN YOU WORK IT OUT YOU HAVE TO USE BOMDAS OR BODMAS (I THINK) THAT IS WHAT THE OTHER POSTS SAID.
