Ok. Download the file with right click, save file as (or sth like that, i have only german browsers). The search the audiorecorder on your computer, if you don't find it, we'll search together for this very program (if you have windows) or other. With this program under "effects" you can reverse the sound file (only once) and slow it down (until you hear sth that seems to be ok.)
