If they can't be dates in anyway, then all I can think of are letters. But that doesn't give me a sensible word.

EDIT: Or well, no I don't. I get what you're talking about but I don't see how the numbers fit in with that. I know the names now though. But apart from having the same job, I'm not sure they have anything in common. Only one thing that I'm just going to try out.
