Lissy, I would tell you to PM me but I am about to go. On 20 what you need is letters, once you have the right order of course. Just convert them. Hope this helps.

I have to go now but if someone wants to PM me with a hint for Tango part 2, feel free to do so (Someone gave me a hint but I still don't get it )

EDIT:-i think that letter grid is a wordsearch.
there are too many different letters for it to be a sudoku grid.

any thoughts anyone else?
