Can someone please help me with Bilbo and echo. Bilbo is the one with the 911 what's the emergency. I have decoded the number in the picture, but don't know what to do with the one in the source. Echo is the one with the recipe. I think I am on the right track with what the recipe makes but I dont know where to find the "not as usual" one.

I can only help you with echo. I haven't reached Bilbo yet.
That recipe except from eatable is something also in your pc.
You should look for it. How you do it see post 4354 in page 436.
