i've had hints, read the forum and somewhat understand what to do and i've tried

pasting the page in wordpad and removing the breaks, played with the font size, but can't get anything. someone said something about having a wrap format on, but i can't find that either

any help would be appreciated!

You can work on it in the source itself.

And as I mentioned earlier:

delete the <br> and the space before that. And the space between the lines also, so that the first letter is going up to the previous line. Then play with the window width of the source and with the letter size.

You should see 3 lines of words.

But I tell you, it's a pain until you can read it

For 26a, I have tried serveral word using only the letters on the screen but still can't come up with the answer. ??

For 25b, I know which cipher to use but still clueless on which alphabet to use and the keyword described in the source... ??
