Here are some hints for everything I have come up with so far, its nr 1-16.
If anyone could help me further with nr 17 I would be grateful, cant seem to get the last parts right.

2: Its obvious, just read what the pic says
3: Turn up the volume and listen to the song
4: Just do as the pic tells you to. Did he reply?
5: Whos the "father" of the car
6: its a cipher, check the image for the key and the source for the code
7: Hot girls band
8: enlighten the pic
9: read the pic as if you where blind
10: The numbers are coordinates
11: The translation of the latin is "Time discovers the truth". Go and get a coffee if you didnt get it already
12: Leads on the page says "its in the archive", its a pic of a zipper. The image name is fokr2.jpg. Try some other ending maybe?
13: code again, use your cell.
14: literally read the image.
15: start from the beginning
16: try to "humm" the song written on the pic, which song?

how are you going with 17, i've been stuck on it for ages

I have been stuck there for ages too!!!

I tried to work out the date from the seconds left, I think I have one, but I am lousy at maths, and I can't make anything work!!!

I would be really grateful for any help!!!
