I figured so much out, too bad I have to learn all about it to have a chance, not even close to know anything about those things

Yeah, all I can think of is that the colors are somehow wrong. Based on a normal Rubik cube, the top should be

orange

not red...so far that has gotten me nowhere though. I've been banging my head on this one for hours!

Ahh I still can't get 19. I know what to use to translate the letters and numbers but when I find a site to do it it still gives me nonsense.

Anyway, tips for 21:

There is different kind of blindness (and one of those is much more common for men). What if you could see the webpage like those see it... with some kind of filter?

And for 20, I made it before they change the password. For us who made it they showed the password in some way, so I can't help you.
