                                OK..................three friggin days working on 19 off and on.

                                Could someone please give me a nudge in the right direction. I've already blown through all the posts looking for hints and understand how to address the riddle. I've got (I believe) the city name but can't make a connection to the other parts of the riddle.

                                Any help would be appreciated................my beer is running out.
