I think the upper shape must be a cone, as it is clearly on a cylinder

I sent a PM to shaharc. I said that the top was a pyramid(?) I didn't try working it out as a cone. I didn't know if it could be a cone because it has different lengths on the two sides...didn't know if that was possible, but I'm no geometry expert

I think it is a cone with diameter 5, and slope of 5 from all sides

Ohh, I guess I was looking at the picture wrong. I thought that one of the lengths was referring to another side. Oops. Maybe I should get some sleep.

I'm not sure if the 4 is referring to...

the left side of the pyramid/cone or the height]

I did my first calculations based on it being the side and then used that to find the height...then my second with it as the height. Answers were pretty different...
