Try using

your public ip address if you are behind a NAT as most users now are. You can get that from a site like http://whatismyip.com/ or from your wireless access point or NAT device that connects to the internet

Any help with level 9 freedom? I can't figure out how the one file and clicks interact.

not sure for value sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't

do the 7 steps
go to the page the source told you
go back
you start from 1 but you get the answer before step 7

if it doesn't work...let me know
