Any hints on 2? Also, just a hint--rather than posting twice in a row, it's preferable to edit your previous post. In other words, if no one has posted since your last post, press the "edit" button at the bottom right-hand corner of your post. Then you can type your new message after your old one.

EDIT: I went back and solved 1 the proper way instead of guesing... Perhaps I skipped to the end of the riddle before. Now on 4.
