Could someone please put my out of my misery with Dora Woods and Dead River (lines).

Dora woods: i thought i knew what a cooking instruction was but apparently i don't, can't get the egg, have been trying for hours.

Dead River(lines): Haven't the faintest idea what to do on this!

I know what the shape is--a P****** t*******, or a t***** (according to wikipedia)

EDIT: Alright, got stuck again. *sighs* Got past Colorful Autumn and the Lonely Station...stuck at Glimmering Road, the Maze of Streets, and The Bridge. Help? (Mainly on Glimmering Road). I've found an egg of sorts, but my count of sixes is wrong...(I've got a number above 300...) Where am I going wrong?
