Anyone got 17? Im stucked!

well, 17 just jumped out at me. Pretty simple once I saw what I was looking at and applied the title clues. Now trying to figure out 18 (I have a few ideas, but not sure about them yet)

Tried to google aswell, but nothing.... I dont think I have the words in the right order so Im working on that.
