try a bit of imaging software hugo. just rotate the image a bit then the word is readable.

You might be overthinking it. Just tilt your head a little bit to the right and type the word you see. Ignore the rest of the picture.

I've found the numbers and tried to cipher them, but I must have done something wrong because I am not getting any distinguishable words

Not getting very far on 12. So far I have

found out that BGOP is an acronym for bad grammar on purpose
seen a connection to a crayon company.
Thinking octal?

I can only offer the answer. I dont know the solve, nor do I understand the method.
Being practically colour blind I was unable to tell most of the colours apart.
